ORDERING, CUSTOMIZATION & CARE

  • Simply select your product, choose your options from the dropdown menu, and enter your personalization details in the text field provided. If you have special requests or need something unique, feel free to reach out to us at promisemealwaysco@gmail.com before placing your order.

  • At this time we do not offer proofs before production.

  • Please double check all names, dates, and spelling before submitting your order as we begin production quickly. If you notice an error immediately after ordering contact us at promisemealwaysco@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make corrections before production begins.

  • Absolutely! We love custom orders. Reach out to us at promisemealwaysco@gmail.com or visit our Custom Orders page to tell us your vision and we will work with you to bring it to life.

  • Our engraved wooden keepsake boards and coasters are designed for decorative display purposes only and are not food safe. They are sealed with a protective finish and should not be used for food preparation or serving.

  • Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water, place in the dishwasher, or expose to prolonged moisture as this may damage the wood and engraving.

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Do not bleach or use high heat as this may affect the embroidery. All blankets are 50x60 inches.

  • Hand wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher as this may damage the vinyl decal. Do not soak or submerge for extended periods.

  • Wipe the glass exterior with a dry cloth only. Do not submerge in water as this may damage the vinyl label. See candle safety instructions below.

    Are your candles safe?

    Please follow these safety guidelines for all candles:

    Never leave a burning candle unattended

    Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials

    Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use

    Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

    Always place on a heat resistant surface

  • We do our best to represent our products accurately however colors may vary slightly due to individual screen and monitor settings and photography lighting. Natural wood grain variations are a characteristic of handcrafted wooden goods and are not considered defects. The blanket pictured on our website is a previous style — current available colors are shown in the product color selection.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure checkout.

  • We begin production quickly so please contact us immediately at promisemealwaysco@gmail.com if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.

  • We are working on adding gift wrapping options soon! In the meantime all orders are packaged with care and are ready to give as gifts.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at promisemealwaysco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work quickly to make it right.

  • If you receive an incorrect item please contact us immediately at promisemealwaysco@gmail.com and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
